Troubleshooting the tills in the Dome/Lodge

  1. Force shutdown the machine by holding the power button for 10 seconds, wait 10 seconds, then press again to turn on.
  2. Wait for the account (letters and numbers) to log in automatically. If this does not happen repeat step 1 - it sometimes takes two reboots.
  3. The till software should start up, if it doesn't you may see a blank screen with Windows button in the bottom left corner. Tap this to launch the Quick Launch menu
  4. Tap the Till icon (pointy finger) labelled EPOS_M4 to start the till software.
  5. If there is no shortcut, you can locate the program in File Explorer (Windows Key + E)
    > This PC (C:) > as > EPOS_M4 
    This will launch the till software
