Troubleshooting the tills in the Dome/Lodge

- Force shutdown the machine by holding the power button for 10 seconds, wait 10 seconds, then press again to turn on.
- Wait for the account (letters and numbers) to log in automatically. If this does not happen repeat step 1 - it sometimes takes two reboots.
- The till software should start up, if it doesn't you may see a blank screen with Windows button in the bottom left corner. Tap this to launch the Quick Launch menu
- Tap the Till icon (pointy finger) labelled EPOS_M4 to start the till software.
- If there is no shortcut, you can locate the program in File Explorer (Windows Key + E)
> This PC (C:) > as > EPOS_M4
This will launch the till software
