Can you reset my @cam password

To do this, you'll have to email user-admin@uis.cam.ac.uk. Please be ready with some photo-ID as they now use video calling to confirm ID before resetting your password. Unfortunately as an institutional IT department, we don't have full access to the University's entire mail system.
