If you have read the Wireless Internet section of the Knowledge Base, you'll have the information you need to determine whether your WiFi connection is poor. Additional help can be found on the UIS WiFi Troubleshooting page, here you will find many different possible causes of service interruption.

If you are still experiencing difficulties, we will investigate the issue and may provide an Ethernet cable as a temporary solution. If you're running a large streaming event from your office PC, we may provide you with an alternative if WiFi is unsuitable or unreliable, however it's not a go-to option because we do not have the infrastructure to roll this option out to every room in College.
