How do I recover documents or lost files & folders

We do have systems which automatically back up files and folders. During the Mobility Project, we will be changing the way data is stored and accessed by our users.
If something has gone missing, or you think there's an error with the file system please Open a New Ticket and select the Help Topic 5. Security & Infrastructure / Data Backup / Lost Data.
