Perhaps! 

If you're a member of staff and you're using a College computer, then yes, almost certainly. We maintain the College assets and you are entitled to expect a good level of support at your place of work. 

If you have a privately-owned device and are a member of Murray Edwards College (staff/student/fellow) then the answer is 'maybe' and on a 'best efforts' basis. We will also provide support for guests of the College as well as looking at non-College systems on 'best efforts'.

We always try to help people, but we hope they accept that we do not have all the answers, and some investigative work on their part and active participation will be necessary. For example, we may give some suggestions but users will also have to help themselves as part of the process.
