The IT Service Desk is staffed 0900-1700 Monday-Friday all year round (except Bank Holidays, and we also break for lunch)


Students are always welcome to drop in to talk to us, we like to think we are approachable! However, students should be aware that we are sometimes out of the office supporting colleagues or investigating issues elsewhere in College. There is a door-bell and status screen if there is nobody on the Service Desk, however emergencies should be reported to the Porters' Lodge in the first instance.

Appointments are arranged on a case-by-case basis, open a ticket selecting the closest Help Topic to your issue. The more detailed and specific you can be with this, the quicker we are likely to be able to help you!
