Passwords are simply a fact of life in the modern world. In order to be secure, it's important that passwords are strong, in order to be efficient, they need to be memorable. Resetting passwords because they are easily forgettable is just a waste of everybody's time, so let's make it easy:

Password management software is available if you have lots of accounts for different services. Some of it is free, a couple of examples are MYKI and LastPass, but for College business this really isn't necessary.
