The easiest way to directly access this folder for the first time is through Teams. Teams recognises your access permissions straight away and presents them neatly in the Teams tab on the menu in the left of screen:

You'll be taken to the General tab, the default view is of Posts, you'll need to select Files

Select Open in SharePoint

The default view is General go back one layer and select Documents

You'll then see the Line Managers' shared documents, click the Documents folder, where you can find Agendas and Minutes

You can follow a site to keep it easily accessible in your SharePoint Home page

It then appears like this:

When you click Line Managers under the Following heading, it will take you to the Line Managers homepage, which conveniently features the folder where the files are located.
