The software that we use on our office machines to carry out our roles is administered by the IT office. If you need new software installed, we will do that remotely. Users cannot install new software on their machines themselves due for security and maintenance reasons.
You can also request guidance regarding externally provided services such as Third Light Chorus, Barclaycard, Mercury, EPOS etc. by opening a new ticket. Be aware that apps that you open in browsers (such as Third Light Corus) are classed as Web-based Services, and not directly managed by us.
