At Murray Edwards, the IT Department runs all aspects of @murrayedwards.cam.ac.uk, which is often shortened to '@murray'. As a member of staff, your @murray email is linked to the account you use to log into your office PC [If you do not have an office PC you may not have an @murray email account set up].
The @murray "world" will become increasingly relevant as the IT department rolls out a new system of managing the administration of the College (known internally as 'Mobility Project'). The new system is much like the current one in that it's all Microsoft, so should look pretty familiar to anyone who is used to using Windows, except that it mostly runs online.
The familiar Microsoft Office apps (such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint) have online versions, known as Office 365, and are grouped with the more modern utilities such as Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, which will become more familiar to everyone as times change.
It is important to note that your @murray account is completely independent of your CRSid@cam.ac.uk account (often shortened to '@cam'), which is run by the University Information Services (UIS).
